In Design Development, the Baltimore project consists of a remodel of an existing garage into an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) in highland park, a neighborhood in Los Angeles, CA. A creative couple, recently moved back into the city after an empty nest scenario wish to develop a guest house/ office to support their new lifestyle. The design aims to provide a renovation of underutilized space to meet their needs. Redesign of the landscape includes a new deck that aims to seamlessly connect the existing residence to the new ADU conversion.
